We found this hotel on-line and were a little unsure. However, from the moment we arrived we received great customer service. The staff is friendly, helpful, and makes you feel very welcome. Our room was on the 3rd floor with a lovely view of the York Beach. The room was extreme clean and the decor was soft and inviting. We had a nice balcony with chairs to relax and hear the sound of the waves. It is a great location as it’s not in the midst of all the tourist. Very quiet location that offers a walk across the street for a morning beach walk. We loved the rocks and beach combination. We loved that they still have an old fashion key for your room. I sure hope they never go to the key cards. This hotel offers a lot of charm.
Pros: Cleanness of room, excellent staff, great views and location.
